• 1. Term/Period: The rental period begins at check-in (after 3:00 PM) on the arrival date specified in the confirmed reservation and ends no later than 11:00 AM on the departure date. Extensions are subject to availability and prior approval by Hope Building Apartments & Rooms. Any required payment for an approved extension must be made in full before the extension begins.

• 2. Use of the Premises: The apartment or room is provided fully furnished. Guests are expected to keep the accommodation and shared areas in a clean and reasonable condition and to use the premises, furnishings, appliances, and facilities carefully and lawfully. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by themselves or members of their party. Any such damage or extraordinary cleaning costs may be charged to the guest.

• 3. Payment: Payment is required only after the reservation request has been reviewed and approved by Hope Building Apartments & Rooms. Payment must be made according to the instructions provided with the approved reservation. The reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

• 4. Damage and Security: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the accommodation, furnishings, appliances, or other Hope Building property caused by themselves or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear. Hope Building reserves the right to charge the guest for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning when applicable.

• 5. Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy approved for the reserved apartment or room. Only guests included in the reservation may occupy the accommodation overnight. Any request to add guests or change the sleeping arrangement must be approved in advance by Hope Building Apartments & Rooms and may be subject to availability and an additional charge.

• 6. Utilities, Furniture & Appliances: Electricity, water, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and Smart TV are included unless otherwise stated in the reservation. Guests are expected to take reasonable care of all furniture, appliances, equipment, and other property provided in the accommodation. Guests may be charged for repair or replacement of items damaged through misuse or negligence beyond normal wear and tear.

• 7. Subletting and Transfer: Guests may not assign, transfer, or sublet their apartment or room to another person. The accommodation may be used only by the guests included in the approved reservation.

• 8. Property Rules and Guest Conduct: Guests and all members of their party are expected to respect the property, other guests, neighbors, and the surrounding community.

• The apartment or room and shared areas must be kept in reasonable condition.

• Pets are not permitted on the premises.

• Smoking is prohibited inside apartments, rooms, and indoor common areas and is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• Firearms, bows, and other weapons are not permitted on the property.

• Guests must not cause excessive noise, disturbance, or engage in unlawful activity on the premises.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hope Building Apartments & Rooms is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

• 9. Liability: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and for any loss or damage caused by their actions or negligence. Hope Building Apartments & Rooms is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

• 10. Amendments: Any change to the terms of a confirmed reservation must be agreed upon by both the guest and Hope Building Apartments & Rooms. Any agreed change should be confirmed in writing, including by email or other written electronic communication.

• 11. Governing Law: These terms, together with the confirmed reservation, shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Palestine.
