Yes. We offer special monthly discounts for students, expats, and NGO workers.
Q: Is parking available?
One parking space is available per booked apartment. The main street nearby also has extra parking spaces.
Q: Do you accept cash or card?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payments (depending on booking method).
Q: Are families welcome?
Absolutely — we have family-friendly units.
Q: How far are you from Jerusalem?
5 minutes to Checkpoint 300 by car or taxi, then it all depends on the checkpoint's speed and flexibility.
Q: Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Based on availability — please ask in advance.
Q: Is Wi-Fi good?
Yes — fast, stable fiber connection. Every apartment wing (north & south) on every floor is connected independently with its own router that feeds from high speed fiber cables that are connected to a reliable provider of internet services in Bethlehem.
Q: What is so special about your apartments/rooms?
Our apartments are fully furnished with high-quality furniture and electrical appliances.
Our apartments are tailor-made to use the 3-D space of every room wisely without compromising safety and comfort.
Our mattresses can be flipped on the soft plush side or to the medium firm side making them tailor made to the needs and comfort of every customer. (Please indicate which side you prefer when booking with us. Our bed sheets are soft and cozy,
The bathrooms have all necessary amenites, towels of different sizes, hand soaps, and toiltet paper for short term leases of up to a month.
Q: Do you offer free parking space?
The building has its own parking space and every reservation of an apartment/room will receive one FREE parking space (if required).
The building parking has direct easy access to the elevator of the building.
Are Handicap Friendly (with limitations)
Accessibility Information
While fully wheelchair-adapted accommodations are extremely rare in Bethlehem apartment rentals, our building is designed to be as accessible as possible for guests who use a wheelchair with assistance. From the moment a car arrives at the property, there are no steps or level changes leading from the parking area to the floors containing the rooms and apartments.
Several units include slightly wider bathroom doors and support handles to provide smoother access for guests who have assistance. However, the bathrooms and circulation spaces in most units are not wide enough to accommodate an independently mobile wheelchair user. For this reason, our building is best suited for guests using a wheelchair with support from a companion.
All bathrooms feature ground-level stand-up showers, or at most a small 10 cm step for easy entry and exit. There are no bathtubs, and all showers are designed to minimize tripping hazards and make movement safer and easier.
We welcome guests with mobility needs and are always happy to guide you toward the unit that best fits your comfort and level of assistance.
Offer USB Outlets in most Apartments/Rooms
Did you forget your phone charger? Is electric power different from your home country? Do not worry!
Our apartments/rooms are all equipped with at least one USB wall port.
Offer House Keeping Services
For an extra fee, and under prior arrangement, you can ask our House-keeping staff to tidy and clean your apartment/room.
Offer Shuttle Services to/from the Airport
Upon your request and for a fee of course, we can arrange your private transfer to/from the Tel Aviv Airport or any other border.
Offer 24/7 Security & Surveillance
You can be sure that your security is our concern. The whole apartment complex is equipped with state of the art surveillance cameras. Our security guard sleeps on the premises and you can call him by phone from your apartment/room.
